The PGCA (Professional Garden Consultants Association) compromises of a number of vetted independent experts in the field of landscaping & horticulture who are available to offer their knowledgeable specialised services as consultants and advisors to provide solutions for concerns which may arise.
As an independent expert witness and consultant, Mark’s field of expertise lies within hard landscaping construction and design. He is co-director of multi award winning design and build Urban Landscape Design Ltd, specialising in residential and commercial landscape construction, and the driving force behind the creation of only dedicated landscape training centre, The Landscape Academy.
Mark plays a key role in a number of landscaping bodies including a member of The Association of Professional Landscapers as an industry expert and mentor to their new apprentices. He is the Training Requirements Officer on their committee, consultant on The APL’s member advice helpline, a judge and mentor in the UK World Skills and is also a BALI GoLandscape Ambassador to schools and colleges throughout the UK.
With an impartial and unbiased view, Mark will make a factual evaluation on a variety of landscaping construction disputes, and will provide clients or legal representatives with a comprehensive report and neutral assessment of his findings.
